With Trump’s plans for mass deportations threatening millions of immigrant communities, I am urgently calling on your administration to take immediate action to protect immigrants.

I urge you to implement the following measures without delay:

Maximize protections for DACA recipients
Protect the confidentiality of DACA and immigration benefit applicants
Protect immigrant workers who denounce labor violations
Redesignate TPS for currently designated countries and issue new TPS designations
End the practice of conducting Credible Fear Interviews in CBP custody and permit lawyers physical access to CBP facilities
Freeze ICE facility expansion and end contracts for facilities with records of abuse
