Tell Congress: Pass a Permanent Solution for Immigrant Youth Before it's Too Late

Last week, a federal judge held a hearing in a case in which Texas and eight other Republican-led states are looking to completely shut down DACA and expose nearly 600,000 DACA recipients to the threat of deportation.

The judge’s ruling on the legality of DACA will come any day now — but we aren’t waiting for his decision to act with urgency, and neither should Congress.
